DePauw Athletics Hall of Fame
Nate Moch earned NCAA Division III all-America honors as a senior with a seventh-place finish in one-meter diving and also earned honorable mention on the one-meter board twice with 14th-place finishes in 2001 and 2002. Moch was a two-time honorable mention all-America in three-meter competition after placing 12th in 2001 and 13th in 2003. He remains the only individual to win Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference titles on both boards all four years as he helped the Tigers to conference titles in 2000 and 2003 and runner-up finishes in 2001 and 2002. Moch, who also played one year of soccer at DePauw, was named to the SCAC 15th anniversary team in 2005 for both one and three-meter diving. In 2003 Moch was voted to the CoSIDA College Division Men’s At-Large Academic All-America® first team.Â
Moch was a computer science and Spanish major at DePauw and has an MBA from the University of Washington. He is vice president of engineering and technology teams at Zillow Group. As an early Zillow employee, Moch built numerous products and new ventures. He started Zillow’s Growth organization, established the Rich Media Experiences group, and launched the first mortgage business. Moch currently leads engineering for Zillow home shopping, mobile apps, growth teams, seller products, and the Trulia site and apps. He joined Zillow from Microsoft and currently lives in Seattle with his wife Jessica Olson Moch ’02, his two sons Ian and Luke, and his dog Gracie.
