DePauw Athletics Department Event Registration

Please fill out this form to the best of your ability to request an event in a DePauw Athletics venue. 

Additional Information:
  • 30 days notice is required for approval for all non-DePauw affiliated events. 
  • For events from the day following commencement through August 1, please contact Jamie Sibbitt at jmsibbitt@depauw.edu directly.
  • All external events will be responsible for obtaining a Certificate of Insurance and will be subject to rental, supervision and/or lifeguard fees. Rates will be shared when information is obtained.
