DePauw Athletics Hall of Fame
Dan Hanna, who is being inducted posthumously, served as DePauw’s director of bands and as a professor in the School of Music. His leadership with the marching and pep bands at football and basketball games added spirit and energy to DePauw athletics for 35 years.

He received bachelor’s and master’s degrees from DePauw in 1947 and 1948 and taught instrumental music in the public schools of Andalusia, Ala., from 1948 until returning to DePauw in 1952.
