Welch Fitness Center
DePauw University is accepting Lilly Center Membership applications for June 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027 year; this includes membership renewals and new memberships.  The membership enrollment period will take place from June 1, 2026 through August 1, 2026.

If you are interested in a Lilly Center Membership for 2026-2027, please complete this application. https://forms.gle/FaVKJGcTEPG8eLyv9  For a membership to be activated, you must (1) complete the application, (2) pay the appropriate membership fee, (3) complete the waiver (embedded in the application), and (4) have a valid DePauw ID card.  For couple and family memberships, the individual submitting the application is responsible for ensuring that all listed participants complete and sign the waiver included in the document.  Parking permits will be available at the Welch Fitness Center front desk during regular business hours.

Membership fees are annual and membership begins at the time registration is accepted and ends August 1, 2026; membership fees are not prorated.  There may be an additional fee for those who need a DePauw ID card.

The following are the current membership rates for 2026-2027.

• Individual - $266

• Couple membership (two adults sharing the same household) - $400

• Family membership (two adults sharing the same household and all dependent children under 26) - $510

• DePauw Alumni individual membership - $250

• Public Responder or Emergency Response Personnel Living or Working in Putnam County - complementary
