Granville, Ohio: The DePauw men's tennis team advance to the North Coast Athletic Conference men's tennis semifinals after defeating the three seed Oberlin College in the quarterfinals, 5-2.

In doubles play, Oberlin jumped to an early 1-0 lead after Grant North and James Dill beat Wyatt Metzger and Thomas Partridge 8-4 at number one. The Tigers' Hudson Mosher and Chase Hutchinson would tie the match at one after beating Sam Topper and Sebastien Naginski 8-4 at number three. The Yeomen would take a one-match lead over DePauw at number two when Rohan Gold and Sean Billerbeck beat Cole Metzger and Ryan McCook 8-4.

Jake Watson would knot up the score at two after beating Grant North 6-1, 6-0 at number six. At number three, Cole Metzger defeated James Dill 6-3, 6-2, followed by Thomas Partridge beating Sean Billerbeck 6-4, 6-2 at number one. Clinching the victory over Oberlin was Ryan McCook at number five, who beat Sebastien Naginski 6-1, 6-1.

The Tigers improved to 12-8 and play Kenyon College in the NCAC championship semifinals tomorrow at 11 am EDT.
