Emma Kennedy scored twice for the Tigers with Emily Napier adding the other and Emily Howard assisted on one of Kennedy's scores. With the two goals, Kennedy became DePauw's all-time goals leader with 105, breaking the mark of 104 by Emma Flynn (2015-17).
Lulu Hardy and Anneke Pulkkinen each scored four for the Maroons and Jane Chen assisted on four.
Lydia Hollis and Aubrey Bower split time in goal with Hollis saving nine and Bower 11. Rachel Keefe picked up the win in goal for Chicago after saving two shots in the first half.
Chicago held a 45-12 advantage in shots with DePauw committing 20 turnovers to the Maroons' 10. The Maroons also held a 20-7 draw control edge as Charlotte Rapp had eight for Chicago and Kennedy totaled five for the Tigers. Chicago led in ground balls, 20-10.
The Tigers return to action tomorrow with a 1 p.m. CDT game at Concordia Chicago.
