Crawfordsville, Ind. - Behind a DePauw single-game record eight goals from from Will Roberts, the Tigers opened North Coast Athletic Conference West Division play with a 26-6 win at Wabash. The Tigers improved to 2-3 overall, while the Little Giants dropped to 4-2 overall and 0-1 in the NCAC.

The Tigers scored the game's first 12 goals before Wabash got on the board with just under two minutes to play in the opening half. 

Roberts' eight goals topped the previous mark of seven which he shared with Ben Davis and Andrew Wright. He added five assists for 13 total points which topped the mark of 11 held by Ben Sherman.

Chris Schaefer, Connor Gibson, Dan McCauley and Tyler McCoy each added four goals, while McCoy assisted on four.

Anthony Nguyen paced Wabash with four goals.

Patrick Lawton and Jack Gruchacz split time in goal for the Tigers.

The teams square off on Saturday in Greencastle with faceoff scheduled for 1 p.m.
