DePauw Extends Win Streak to Three

Greencastle, Ind. - After taking two of the three doubles matches, DePauw added four singles wins to extend its win streak to three with a 6-3 win over visiting Earlham. Each team is now 3-5 on the season.

Greg Frauenheim and Bryce McClanahan were 8-5 winners over Aleksandr Sergeev and Sarthak Sharma at first doubles with Wyatt Metzger and Billy Louiselle topping Nicola Manni and Nikolaos Trikkas-Psomas at the second spot by an 8-4 score.

Frauenheim defeated Aleksandr Sergeev at first singles 6-0, 6-2 with Metzger winning by a 6-1, 6-2 score over Trikkas-Psomas at the third spot.

At fourth singles Alex Bertolini was a 6-3, 6-3 victor over Manni and Alex Pintilie defeated Adarsh Singh at sixth singles 6-1, 6-0.

 

DePauw returns to action on Saturday, March 9, when it hosts Wisconsin-Eau Claire at 8:30 a.m. and Rose-Hulman at 4:30 p.m.
