Chicago, Ill. -- DePauw came close to knocking off No. 39 Coe College on Saturday but ultimately fell 6-3 and drop to 0-4 on the season.

Alex Pintilie and Matthew Quammen picked up singles wins for the Tigers. Pintilie won at the No. 3 flight 7-5 (10-8), 2-6, 7-6, and Quammen won at the No. 4 flight 3-6, 6-4, 11-9.

DePauw's other win came at the No. 1 doubles flight where Greg Frauenheim and Bryce McClanahan won 8-6.

McClanahan took his opponent to three sets at No. 2 singles but lost 7-5, 4-6, 6-3. Coe (4-0) won in straight sets in the remainder of matches.

DePauw will look for its first win Sunday when they host Kenyon.
