Atlanta, Ga. - DePauw moved to 11-3 on the season following a 5-0 victory over North CarolinaWesleyan at the Emory Invitational. The Battling Bishops dropped to 7-5.
Sam Miles and Ben Kopecky took an 8-6 win over Mikhail Konnov and Peter Hviid at first doubles, while Eric Vannatt and Alec Kaczkowski were also 8-6 winners over Eduardo Ugalde and Elias Kerem at number two. DePauw's third doubles team of Patrick Farrell and Harold Martin completed the doubles sweep with a 9-7 triumph over Ben Tolhurst and Philipp Vylegzhanin.
DePauw clinched the win in singles with Miles defeating Konnov at the number one spot 6-4, 7-5 and Ben Kopecky taking a 6-0 win in the first set over Hviid before Hviid retired.
The Tigers face Kenyon at 10 a.m. tomorrow.
