Box Score Whittier, Calif.- The DePauw men's lacrosse team fell to Whittier, 14-0, Tuesday afternoon in Whittier, Calif.
DePauw falls to 3-4 on the season, while the Poets improved to 4-2.
Whittier outshot the Tigers 56-13 on the day scoring five goals in the opening quarter and seven in the second. Eleven players scored goals for the Poets, while Matt Symes added three assists.
The Tigers committed 26 turnovers and won just 4-of-15 face-offs.
Tom Kryspin made 16 saves in the loss, while Charlie Yorke had three ground balls and caused four turnovers.
DePauw is back in action Wednesday, March 26, when they take on Dominican University at Whittier College.
