Claremont, Calif. - DePauw dropped to 3-10 on the season following a 6-3 loss to ninth-ranked UC Santa Cruz.

The Tigers jumped out to 2-1 lead after doubles play with Sam Miles and Ben Kopecky defeating Erich Koenig and George Goetz at the number-one spot, 9-8 (7-5) and the number-two team of David Moss and Reid Garlock topping Bryce Bettwy and Erik Rosner, 8-6.

The Banana Slugs, however, claimed wins at first through fifth singles. Alec Kaczkowski came up with DePauw's lone win in singles as he bet Erik Rosner at number six by a 5-7, 6-1, 1-0 (10-4) score.

DePauw finishes its California trip tomorrow with a match at the 28th-ranked team in Division II UC San Diego.
