Tigers Roll to Easy Win in Program's First Game

Box Score

Greencastle, Ind. - It took the host Tigers just 55 seconds to reach the scoreboard in the first game in program history and they didn't stop there as DePauw defeated Wilmington, 26-6, on a cold, blustery day on Boswell Field.

DePauw's Carey Kunz gave the Tigers the lead they wouldn't relinquish in the opening minute of the game. The Tigers scored once in each of the first five minutes and took an 18-3 advantage into the intermission.

Knubbe Kunz and Natalie Swiler each scored five goals for DePauw, while Hailey Ware added four.

Rachel Gutowski score four of Wilmington's six goals.

More details will be posted when available.
