April 18, 2010, Greencastle, Ind. — The 16th-ranked men's tennis team improved to 14-8 following a 7-2 win over the University of Northwestern Ohio. The Racers dropped to 13-5 with the loss.
Will Gates and Scott Sandager were victorious over Jeff Brown and Juan Cardenas by an 8-6 score at number one doubles as were Michael Rardon ad Eric Hubbard at number three over Chris Cash and Cassio Sirimarco, 8-2.
DePauw wrapped up the match with straight set wins in second through sixth singles.
The Tigers opens Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play on Friday in North Little Rock, Ark.
