February 17, 2010, Greencastle, Ind. — DePauw, ranked 12th in Division III, opened the spring portion of its schedule with a 6-3 loss to Division II Southern Indiana. The Tigers dropped to 2-1 with the loss, while the Screaming Eagles improved to 5-0.
Collecting wins for the Tigers were Scott Sandager at number one singles and Andrew Kahn at the fourth spot, while the third doubles team of Hunter Schouweiler and Eric Hubbard were also victorious.
DePauw travels to St. Peter, Minn., this weekend where it will compete in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Division III Men's National Team Indoor Championship. The tournament is hosted by Gustavus Adolphus College.
