March 19, 2009, Greencastle, Ind. — Despite their best start in nine years at 8-0, the Tigers dropped one spot to 18th in the latest Campbell's/ITA Division III Men's Tennis Rankings.

DePauw is also ranked fourth in the NCAA Division III Central Region behind Washington-St. Louis, Kenyon and Gustavus Adolphus.

In the first individual regional rankings of the spring, Scott Swanson is ranked eighth in singles in the Central Region, while the doubles team of Bryan Heck (pictured) and Scott Sandager are ranked fifth in the region.

The Tigers return to action on Sunday, March 22, when they travel to top-ranked Emory for an 11 a.m. match. Following that match DePauw takes on Carleton, Chicago and Whitman next Tuesday through Thursday on Hilton Head Island, S.C.
