February 17, 2008, Greencastle, Ind. - The sixth-ranked Tigers opened the spring season with an 8-1 win over Division II Grand Valley State.

The Tigers won all three doubles matches before taking wins at one through three and five through six singles.

DePauw returns to action on Friday when it takes on seventh-ranked Washington-St, Louis in the opening round of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Indoor Championship at St. Peter, Minn.
