April 20, 2006, Greencastle, Ind. - The 13th-ranked Tigers improved to 17-5 on the season and picked up their ninth straight win as they defeated visiting Wabash, 6-1. The Little Giants dropped to 8-15 with the loss.

The Tigers return to action on Friday, April 28, when they open play at the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championship hosted by Sewanee.
