Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw outfielder
Aidan Howard (Sr., Portland, Ore./Tualatin) has been selected North Coast Athletic Conference Baseball Player of the Week for his performances last week.
Howard played in five games for the Tigers last week and hit .600 (15-25) while scoring 11 runs and driving in 13. He hit six doubles and one homer and finished with a slugging percentage of .960 and an OPS of 1.560.
He collected at least two hits in all five games including a pair of 4-for-5 performances against Ohio Wesleyan and Kenyon. In the four NCAC contests, Howard batted .650 (13-20) with 10 runs scored and 11 RBI.Â
The Tigers went 6-0 last week to extend their win streak to eight and move to 21-8 overall and 6-2 in NCAC play. DePauw travels to Oberlin on Saturday for a Noon doubleheader.
