Braden Murphey (Jr., South Bend, Ind./Penn) has been selected North Coast Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Athlete of the Week for the second week in a row for his performances in the Tigers' 1-0 upset against #2 Denison on Wednesday.
Murphey scored the game-winning goal in the 86th minute of regulation to lift the Tigers to a 1-0 victory over #2 Denison on Wednesday. The junior tallied two shots in the win, placing one on goal for a .500 shot percentage. The win handed the Big Red their first loss of the season and moved the Tigers to the top of the NCAC standings with a 3-0-2 conference record.
DePauw hosts NCAC foe Wittenberg today at 7 p.m. The Tigers currently sit atop conference standings, 8-2-4 (3-0-2).
