Tigers Blank Panthers at Home
Greencastle, Ind.- The DePauw men's tennis team bounced back from losing the previous evening to beat the Hanover College Panthers 9-0 at home. The Tigers improve to 2-3 for the season, while the Panthers drop to 3-1.
 
In doubles play, Wils Warren and Hudson Mosher beat the Panthers Pedro Macedo and Alberto Castillo 8-1 on court two to give the Tigers an early lead. On court one, Ryan McCook and Finley Buelte tallied a win over Joey Keal and Charley Williams 8-2. Teagen Crow and Samuele Pia completed the doubles sweep after beating Hanover's Mario Bravo Castaneda and Connor Garrison 8-3 on court three. 
 
DePauw continued to dominate in singles play, with Crow defeating Jaya Sivesh 6-0 and 6-1 on court five to put the Tigers up 4-0. On court three, Mosher beat Alberto Castillo 6-0 and 6-4 to solidify DePauw's victory. Chase Hutchinson would beat Pedro Macedo 6-2, 6-2 on court four, and Evan Uhl tallied another win for DePauw on court two after defeating Ashley Hunter 6-2, 6-4. Buelte and Warren would tally two more wins after tight tie-breaking victories to give the Tigers a 9-0 shutout. Buelte beat Joey Keal 6-2, 7-6 (5) on court one, while Warren defeated Ilya Gromochenko 6-2, 7-5 on court six.
