Greencastle, Ind.- An offensive explosion helped the Tigers defeat Earlham College 11-0 in a North Coast Athletic Conference contest at Blackstock Stadium.

With the victory DePauw improved to 6-3 overall and 5-0 in the NCAC, while the Quakers dropped to 2-6 on the season and 0-5 in NCAC play.

The Tigers started their offensive blaze just three minutes into the contest when Addie Ball smashed home her first goal.  Ball's goal would prove to be the game-winner.  DePauw would go on to knock in six more goals in the half, the most Tiger goals in a half since 1999.

Both Paige Henry and Ball knocked in two first-half goals, while Laynie Thomas, Grace Goodbarn, and Micheline Figel joined in on the scoring frenzy.  Grace Fisher, Natalie Abbott, and Goodbarn all added first-half assists.

DePauw eased of the gas pedal only scoring four second-half goals.  Kate Jovanovic drove in a goal just three minutes into the half.  Jamie Stoner, Chelsea Cutler, and Maggie Grady added to the rout putting the final tally at 11-0.  Figel and Abbott notched second-half assists.

The 11 goals for DePauw ties a single-game school record set in 1994 against Berea.  The Tigers outshot Earlham 40-0 and held a 17-2 edge on penalty corners.  With the win, DePauw has now won 19 straight NCAC contests and have outshot opponents 195-51 on the season.

The Tigers look to improve on their streak Saturday, September 28, when they take on Ohio Wesleyan at Blackstock Stadium.  This NCAC contest starts at 11 a.m.
