Cora Gilbert (Sr., Danville, Ky./Boyle County) was selected as North Coast Athletic Conference Women's Swimming and Diving Athlete of the Week for her performances in the Tigers' meet against WashU. The winner of two events touched first in the 100-yard backstroke in a pool-record time of 57.55. She also topped the field in the 200 individual medley in 2:09.58. Additionally, Gilbert placed third in the 200 breaststroke (2:35.38) and swam a leg on DePauw's fourth-place 200-medley relay (1:51.64).
DePauw returns to action on Wednesday, Feb. 11 at the North Coast Athletic Conference Championships at Denison University.
