Greencastle, Ind. - Following a tie for third in the regular season standings, DePauw was represented by seven Tigers on the all-North Coast Athletic Conference team.

First baseman Kyle Callahan (Sr., Zionsville, Ind./Zionsville), outfielder Nick Nelson (Sr., Zionsville, Ind./Zionsville) and pitcher Michael Vallone (So., Lake Forest, Ill./Lake Forest) were chosen to the first team.

Callahan hit .360 during the regular season with an NCAC-best 12 homers and 48 RBI. For the entire season, Callahan belted 13 homers to tie the DePauw single-season record and finished with 21 for his career which broke the school record. Nelson hit .340 in the regular season with nine homers and 36 RBI. Vallone, a first-team selection last season, posted a 9-1 record in the regular season with a 2.33 ERA. His 10 wins for the whole season were tied for second in school history, while his 91 strikeouts set a new DePauw record.

Second baseman Cameron Macon (So., St. Louis, Mo./Kirkwood) was chosen to the second team after hitting .373 in the regular season with five homers and 37 RBI. He reached base safely in all but the first game of the season and hit safely in the last 15.

Earning honorable mention were shortstop Evan Barnes (Sr., Northbrook, Ill./Glenbrook North), third baseman Brian May (River Forest, Ill./Oak Park-River Forest) and pitcher/outfielder Danny Glimco (So., Western Springs, Ill./Benet Academy). Barnes hit .339 with two home runs and 2 RBI in the regular season, while May batted .331 with five homers and 36 RBI. Glimco was selected as both an outfielder and a utility player, hitting .337 with nine homers and 25 RBI and posting a 1-0 record on the mound.

DePauw finished third at the NCAC Tournament and ended the season with a 22-17 record.
