Tigers Wrap Up Home Portion of Season with Win over Grizzlies

Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw won 11 events on the way to a 149-119 win over Franklin in the Tigers' final home meet of the season. The Tigers moved to 3-1 with the win.

Adam Pircon picked up three individual wins as he touched first in the 100-yard backstroke (52.85), the 200 back (1:54.71) and the 100 individual medley (54.23).

Tommy Hackley was a double-winner in the 1,650-yard freestyle (16:29.21) and the 500 free (4:45.19). 

Also collecting individual wins were Matthew Netherton in the 200 free (1:46.47), Ben Hilfinger in the 200 butterfly (1:57.98), Zach Johns in the 100 fly (53.15) and Jake Frech in the 100 free (48.43).

The Tigers' 200 medley relay of Seth Fagen, Xavier Fuller, Ian Longan and Frech won in 1:37.30.

DePauw returns to action on Saturday, January 26, when they travel to University of Chicago and also compete against Calvin.
