DePauw moved to 3-2 on the season following a doubleheader split at Blackburn. The Tigers dropped the opener by a 3-2 count but came back with a 12-8 win in the nightcap.

The Tigers took a 2-1 lead into the bottom of the seventh, but Corey McQueen hit a two-run homer to give the Beavers the victory. In game two, DePauw battled back from a 5-2 deficit with six runs in the top of the fourth and two each in the fifth and sixth innings, respectively.
