Boot Camp
Boot Camp combines intervals of cardio, strength, and core/abdominal exercises to provide you with the ultimate full body workout. We will incorporate light free weights & body weight exercises. Workouts are usually never the same in order to avoid fitness plateaus and boredom. Boot camp is a high intensity workout, but modifications are provided so that this class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
Fitness Kickboxing
Fitness Kickboxing is a non-contact, martial art inspired group fitness class that utilizes basic techniques for punching and kicking, as well as basic body conditioning exercises. Each class will include a warm-up, usually filled with some type of dynamic stretching to get you ready for the moves ahead, a full-body kickboxing-based strength and endurance training routine, and a cool down with either dynamic or static stretching. All routines can be modified to be low or high impact depending on your needs. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
Kettlebell AMPD
Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them for calorie-torching fun! This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio. Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine. Â Weights vary anywhere from 5-15lbs, so the workout can be adjusted and moves modified to suit your individual needs. Anyone can take this class! The music is diverse and moves are simple and easy to learn. Get lost in the music and push yourself with the most effective, fulfilling, and lively workout available!
Tapped in Fitness
Tapped in is a class focused on, self-awareness, exploration, and artistry. You will be exposed to various styles including jazz, hip-hop, ballet, modern and African. In turn will be able to move closer to and or build upon their artistry through these styles of dance. Tapped In teaches everyone how to navigate dance while also allowing them to stay active. We provide a stress-free fitness environment.
 Yoga (feel free to bring your own- mats are at your own cost)
In each class there will always be instruction in how to move into poses (asanas) in order to arrive at proper alignment (hatha), as well as continuous movement linking poses (vinyasa). The coordination of breath and movement will be emphasized, as well as the non-competitive nature of yoga practice and its relation to meditation. The use of props to assist in proper alignment is encouraged, and poses will progress from basics to more challenging moves, so that beginners as well as those with more yoga experience can participate at an appropriate level for them.
