Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw third baseman Grady Johnson (Jr., Lexington, Ky./Sayre) has been chosen North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Week for his performances in four games last week.

Johnson batted .722 (13-18) in the four contests with 10 RBI and five runs scored while slugging 1.333 with an OPS of 2.060. He totaled one double, two triples and two homers. His two homers in the second game at Wooster on Saturday were a career high and his six RBI in that game matched a career best. In the doubleheader sweep at Wooster, Johnson went 8-for-10 with nine RBI, four runs, one double, two triples and two homers.

The Tigers posted a 3-1 record for the week with a 7-2 win at Earlham, a 2-0 loss at Rose-Hulman and a sweep at Wooster by scores of 10-6 and 18-12.

DePauw, 15-8 overall and 2-2 in the NCAC, hosts Rose-Hulman today at 4:30 p.m.
