Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw won the doubles point and took five of the six singles matches for a 6-1 win over visiting Taylor. The Tigers improved to 4-8, while Taylor dropped to 4-6.

DePauw's second doubles team of Elle Loch and Allie Stamm blanked Delaney Dahl and Ellie Shaufelberger by a 6-0 score and the number-three tandem of Katie King and Ayden Zinkovich topped Gracie Frazier and Evy Danemayer, 6-1, to give the Tigers a 1-0 lead.

Loch defeated Shaufelberger by a 6-0, 6-2 score at the second spot with Valerie Doherty taking a 6-1, 6-1 win over Danemayer at number three. Briah O'Neal won by a 6-1, 6-2 score over Anna Stone at fourth singles with Stamm topping Frazier 6-0, 6-1 at number five. At the sixth spot, Abby Short defeated Dahl 2-6, 6-4, 1-0.

Fuqua was a 6-3, 4-6, 1-0 winner over King at first singles for Taylor's lone point.

DePauw returns to action on Tuesday, March 24, with a 9 a.m. match against Augustana (Ill.) on Hilton Head Island, S.C.
