Box Score Greencastle, Ind. - After dropping the opening set to visiting Franklin, DePauw came back to win the next three for a 3-1 (22-25, 26-24, 25-20, 25-18) win over the Grizzlies. The Tigers improved to 11-4, while Franklin dropped to 15-3.
Jen Proeh led the Tigers with 13 kills while hitting .500 and totaled six block assists in the win.
Madeline Ozersky and
Kaiden Harrington finished with 11 kills each.
Julia McWaters led with 29 assists and
Logan Walters followed with 24. Walters and
Addison Hooker each had two aces with Hooker totaling 21 digs.
Avery Smith paced Franklin with 11 kills with Addie Smith and Brionna Linkel totaling 20 assists apiece. Skylyr Merriman and Lily Gena each finished with two aces, while Smith and Kim Busateri had 12 digs each. Lauryn Kinsey finished with four blocks including three block solos.
DePauw outhit Franklin, .202-.157, and held a 62-51 edge in kills. The Grizzlies led in aces, 5-4, with the Tigers holding the advantage in digs, 77-66, and total team blocks, 10-7.
