Greencastle, Ind. - The DePauw women's soccer team tied Oberlin College 0-0. The Tigers moved to an overall record of 5-5-1 and are now 0-0-1 in conference play, while the Yeowomen moved to 3-4-2 and 0-0-1 in NCAC play.
Junior forward Katherine Lacy gave the Tigers their best chance of scoring with 18-minutes left in regulation with a break away shot that ricocheted off the goalie and hit the cross bar. made the game winning goal for women's soccer against Franklin in the 53rd minute.
The last time these two teams played each other was the final game of the 2025 regular season, where DePauw came out on 1-0.
DePauw dominated the first half, outshooting Oberlin 10-2 while holding a 7-1 edge in corner kick attempts. Despite playing on the offensive for the majority of the game (62% possession), DePauw did not find the back of the net through the 90-minutes of play.
Senior goalkeeper recorded 90-minutes in goal, but faced no shots on goal. DePauw made five shots on goal, all saved by the Yeowomen's goalie.
Joie Carpenter, Lily Ault, Emmy Streeter, Miller Spreen, and Lacy all made one shot on goal.
5-5-1 (0-0-1) on the season so far, women's soccer will return to action Wednesday, October 7th at 7:00 p.m. in Greencastle for a conference matchup against Wittenberg.
