Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw hosted Oberlin in a North Coast Athletic Conference doubleheader and the Yeomen claimed a sweep by scores of 6-2 and 7-4. The Tigers dropped to 9-23 overall and 2-10 in NCAC play, while the Yeomen improved to 10-20 overall and 2-8 in the conference.

In the opener, Oberlin got all it needed in the second inning as Jack Braddell singled with two outs and stole second before Anton Shelton walked and Jeffery Chen reached on an error. Zach Masnikoff also reached on an error that allowed Braddell and Shelton to score before Zachary Ritts delivered a two-run single to center to make it 4-0.

The Tigers reached the board in the bottom of the second as Grady Johnson reached on an error, moved to second on Cuinn Morrow's grounder and scored when Louis Florida singled to right center.

Samuel Labrecque led off the Oberlin third with a single, moved to second on Brady Groves' sacrifice bunt, to third on a wild pitch and scored on Daniel Devapalan's grounder.

Bryson Dorsey singled to start the DePauw fifth and moved to second on Nolan Whitehead's grounder. Max Bond was hit by a pitch with two outs and Drew Straub drove in Dorsey with a single to cut the Oberlin lead to 5-2.

Oberlin's final run came in the seventh as Kyle Baxt led off with a single and pinch-runner Joshua Patterson stole second before Labrecque walked. Groves loaded the bases with a single and Devapalan scored Patterson with a sacrifice fly.

Ryan Robinson reached on an error with two outs in the fourth while Masnikoff was hit by a pitch and Ritts walked to load the bases. Baxt then singled home Robinson but Masnikoff was out at the plate on Morrow's throw to Dorsey.

The Yeomen added one more in the fourth as Groves walked and moved to second on Devapalan's single and scored on Caden Rosenbaugh's single.

Groves reached on a fielder's choice that scored Masnikoff in the sixth before Devapalan was hit by a pitch to drive in Ritts.

All of the Tigers' runs came in the seventh as Johnson led off with a double and pinch-hitter Aidan Howard singled him to third.
