Noah Sulpizio's goal with 2:09 left capped a 7-0 DePauw run and gave the Tigers a 9-8 North Coast Athletic Conference victory over visiting Wabash. The Tigers improved to 5-7 overall and 2-3 in the NCAC, while the Little Giants dropped to 7-7 overall and 1-5 in conference play.
Beckett Tasker gave the Tigers the early lead with 10:13 left in the first before Wabash rattled off four straight goals with three by Quinn Fitzgerald and one from Charlie Rafalko.
DePauw's
Gavin Berry ended the run with a man-up goal with 8:15 remaining in the half, but Wabash countered with three scores in the final 4:33 to take a 6-2 halftime lead.
Wabash's Will Sorg and Jake Pippen scored in the opening 4:27 of the third to extend the Little Giants' lead to 8-2, but those would be Wabash's last goals of the evening.
Jack Neff started the Tigers' run with an assist from
Jack Brand with 10 minutes left in the third before
Alex Sharma scored with 2:18 left in the quarter to cut the Wabash lead to 8-4.
Jack Blum scored just 44 seconds into the fourth and
Henry White added a man-up score with 12:31 remaining to cut the deficit to 8-6.
Gavin Berry evened the count with a pair of goals with the game-tying score coming with 7:59 left.
The teams were scoreless for the next 5:50 until Berry found Sulpizio on the left side of the goal in a man-up situation for the game-winner.
DePauw won the ensuing faceoff and nearly ran the shot clock all the way down before turning it over. The Tigers were whistled for a penalty and the Little Giants called timeout with just 15.3 seconds left. Wabash turned the ball over with seven seconds left and the Tigers recovered and ran out the clock.
Berry led the Tigers with three goals, while Fitzgerald also had a hat trick for the Little Giants and Pippen added two.

Anthony Reinhardt stopped five Wabash shots with Colin Krekeler recording 15 saves for the Little Giants.
Matthew Roman won 10-of-19 faceoffs for the Tigers and
Nolan Childs led with nine ground balls.
Brody Carlson paced the squad with three caused turnovers.
Eli Backus scooped up a team-high five ground balls for Wabash and led with two caused turnovers.
DePauw held a 35-24 edge in shots including 24-13 in shots on goal. The Tigers outshot the Little Giants, 23-4, in the second half. The Tigers won 11 of the 20 faceoffs including 10-of-12 in the second half. DePauw held a 37-35 advantage in ground balls and totaled 19 turnovers to Wabash's 26.
The Tigers return to NCAC action on Saturday, April 19, when they host Wooster at Noon.
