Gambier, Ohio - DePauw totaled 66 points and finished third among eight schools at the North Coast Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships. Ohio Wesleyan won with 43 points and John Carroll was second with 53 points.
Grace Thomas led the Tigers with a sixth-place performance in 22:44.5 which was good for first team all-conference honors.
Second-team accolades went to
Grace Flores who placed ninth (22:59.5) and
Amzie Maienbrook who was 12th (23:16.1).
Earning third-team distinction were
Meghan Zopel in 18th-place (23:36.9) and
Angela Coulopoulos in 21st (23:42.2).
Rounding out DePauw's top-seven were
Kadence Fox in 27th (23:53.0) and
Morgan Tharp in 28th (23:57.0).
Zoe Ward of Ohio Wesleyan won the meet in 22:10.9.
The Tigers return to action on Saturday, Nov. 15, when they travel to Louisville, Ky., for the Great Lakes Regional.
