Oberlin, Ohio - The DePauw field hockey team records its third North Coast Athletic Conference shutout of the season after beating Oberlin College 5-0 on the road. The Tigers improved to 5-4 for the season and 3-0 in NCAC play, while the Yeowomen dropped to 0-7 for the season and 0-4 in conference play.

The Tigers' first goal of the afternoon came in the second minute of play following a penalty corner attempt where Ella Mickey gathered a pass and found Ella Morris in a scramble in front of the cage to put DePauw up 1-0. At the 15-minute mark, Morris took a penalty corner and pushed the ball out to the top of the circle to Maggie Volpe for goal number two of the day.

Less than two minutes later, Amy Apfelbaum connected with Hailey Nowak for goal number four. DePauw put the game away in the final minute of play when Ella Harms snuck a ball into the back of the Yeowomen's cage for a final score of 5-0.
