Auburndale, Fla. - DePauw came back from a 2-1 deficit with three runs in the fifth and eight in the seventh to take a 12-2, seven-inning, win over Union (N.Y.). The Tigers moved to 8-6 with their third straight win, while the Garnet Chargers dropped to 8-3.

Louis Florida was hit by a pitch with two outs and moved to third when
Hunter Hrbek reached on an error. Florida scored when he and Hrbek recorded stolen bases.
Caleb Miller singled with one out in the Union second and Sebastian Pike walked before Kyle Zaslaw singled Miller home. Ryan Cowles then brought home Pike with a base hit.
The score remained 2-1 until the Tigers scored three in the fifth.
Cameron Macon led off with a single and moved to third on Hrbek's single. Hrbek then stole second and
Drew Straub walked to load the bases.
Max Bond reached on an error that allowed Macon to cross the plate.
Ty Sucher reached on a fielder's choice that scored Hrbek and
Grady Johnson delivered a single that plated Straub and made it 4-2.
The Tigers scored eight runs on three hits in the eighth and took advantage of four walks and three hit batsmen. Included in the inning was a two-run double by Bond and a two-run single from Sucher.
Bond had three of DePauw's seven hits, while Zaslaw and Cowles each had two of the Garnet Chargers' six hits.
Michael Vallone improved to 3-0 after striking out 11 in five innings. That pushed his career strikeout total to 254 which topped the program record of 244 held by PJ Mitchell (2003-06).
Griffin Albright collected his first save with two innings of scoreless relief.
Aidan McGee dropped to 0-1 with the loss.
DePauw faces St. Olaf on Wednesday, March 27, with a 10:30 a.m. start.
