Granville, Ohio- Following a full day of competition, the DePauw women's swim team is back in third place with 815 points on day three of the North Coast Athletic Conference Swimming and Diving Championships. Denison remained in first place with 1,286.5 points, followed by Kenyon College, who finished the evening in second place with 1.268.5.

DePauw wrapped day three of the conference championships with an all-conference performance by
Caroline Stowe,
Claire Sweetwood,
Elise Umbach, and
Libby Ruff in the 200 free relay. The Tigers finished the relay in 1:36.91 for third place. The Tigers totaled 21 top-20 finishes, with nine finishing in the top ten.
Stowe was DePauw's top finisher in 100 back, finishing in 57.94 seconds for sixth.
Tara Holder and
Mckenzie Ortolano finished in eighth place in their respective events, with Holder finishing the 200 free in 1:54.94 and Ortolano swimming the 100 fly in 1:00.14. Ninth-place finishers included Ruff, who swam the 200 free in 1:56.84, Umbach, who swam the 100 breast in 1:07.55, and
Anya Melson, who finished the 100 back in 59.54.

Rounding out the top ten finishers is
Grace Hilton, who swam the 100 back in 59.53,
Cora Gilbert, who finished the 400 IM in 4:38.20, and
Courtney Marsh, who swam the 100 fly with a time of 1:00.85.

The Tigers compete in the final day of the NCAC championships on Saturday, February 17, at 9:30 a.m. for prelim races in the following races:Â
