Fulton, Mo.- The DePauw men's soccer team tallied its fourth shutout of the 2024 season after defeating Westminster College (Mo.) 3-0 on the road. The Tigers improved to 6-2-2 on the season, while the Blue Jays dropped to 1-7-1.
From the first whistle, DePauw dominated the pace of play, putting up seven shots across the first 15 minutes of play. The Tigers eventually broke through in the 39th minute when Roman Girandola skipped a pass to Cole Bubalo who found Jack Pappas to put DePauw up 1-0. In the second half, DePauw continued to control the game, putting up another 12 shots and tallying seven corners across the second half. In the 84th minute, Matthew Fogo chipped a pass to Kai Miyashita for the Tigers' third goal of the evening.
