Greencastle, Ind.- Earning its fourth shutout of the season, the DePauw women's soccer team beat the Ohio Northern University Polar Bears, 1-0 at home. The Tigers improve to 6-1-2, while the Polar Bears drop to 1-6-1 for the season.

Following a scoreless first half, DePauw took just two minutes into the second half for
Annalise Grammel to launch a shot from outside the right corner of the box to the top left corner of the Polar Bears' net to put the Tigers up 1-0.

Despite being down 1-0 Ohio Northern edged out DePauw in both shots and corner kicks, outshooting the Tigers 10-5 and earning seven corners to DePauw's two.

Aubree Empie was in goal for the Tigers and recorded one save, while the Bears' Morgan Moeller spent time between the pipes and finished the afternoon with one save.

DePauw hits the road on Tuesday, September 26, to face Wilmington College at 7 p.m.
