Greencastle, Ind.-Â The DePauw University women's soccer team remains unbeaten in Reavis Stadium this season after tying Franklin 0-0 at home.
In the first half of play, The Tigers outshot the Grizzlies 7-4 and forced four corners while giving up three corners in its defensive end.
Tied at zero at the start of the second half, DePauw continued to attack and force Franklin to make a mistake defensively. Despite recording eight more shots and tallying five corner attempts, the Tigers could not find the back of the Grizzlies' net.
Aubree Empie and Mallory Mundy split time in goal for the Tigers, with Empie finishing the evening with three saves. Makenna Mundy played all 90 minutes in goal for the Grizzlies and tallied nine saves for the night.
The Tigers (5-1-2) are back in Reavis Stadium on Saturday, September 23, to host the Ohio Northern University Polar Bears at 2:30 p.m.
