Greencastle, Ind.- Earning its fourth shutout of the season, the DePauw men's soccer team beat the Centre College Colonels 1-0 at home. The Tigers improved to 4-2 for the season, while the Colonels dropped to 2-4.
Â
After a scoreless first half, the two teams came out of halftime itching to get on the board. Finally, in the 59th minute, the Tigers found the back of Centre's net following a crisp cross by
Ben Weidner to the sliding feet of

Up 1-0 over the Colonels, the Tigers continued to force Centre to play on its heels with consistent pressure in its attacking third. Despite outshooting Centre 17-8 and putting nine shots on goal, the Tigers were held to just one goal for the afternoon.
