Crawfordsville, Ind.- The DePauw men's tennis team remained undefeated in North Coast Athletic Conference play after the Tigers beat the Little Giants of Wabash 7-2 on the road. DePauw improves to 8-5 for the season and 4-0 in NCAC play, while Wabash drops to 12-7 overall and 3-3 in conference play.

Cole Metzger and
Hudson Mosher put the Tigers on the board first with an 8-2 victory over Wabash' Alva Alonso-Sanchez and Augusto Ghidini on court two. The Little Giants would knot the game at a match apiece after Wabash's Ethan Koeneman and Cole Shifferly defeated
Finley Buelte and
Jake Watson on court three 8-7 (7-1). On court one,
Ryan McCook and
Thomas Partridge beat the Little Giants' Cole Borden and Liam Grennon 8-5.

In singles play, Partridge beat Alonso-Sanchez 6-2, 6-1 on court one, and Metzger beat Tharakesh Ashokar 6-2, 6-3 on court five. Up 4-1 with four matches left between the two teams,
Grayson Zylstra clinched the victory for the Tigers with a 6-3, 6-4 victory over Grennon.Â

In the remaining matches, Wabash's Shifferly beat Buelte 6-4, 7-5 on court two, and on court four,
Jake Louiselle defeated Ghidini 6-1, 3-6, 6-1,. In the evening's final match, McCook came out on top after beating the Little Giants' Borden 6-7 (1-7), 6-3, 6-3.Â

DePauw returns home to host Kenyon College on Saturday, April 15. The Owls and the Tigers take to the courts at 11 a.m.
