Greencastle, Ind.- DePauw men's tennis move back into the win column after beating the Hanover College Panthers 8-1 at home. The Tigers improve to 2-4 overall, while the Panthers drop to 1-5 for the season.

DePauw dominated in doubles, sweeping Hanover for an early 3-0 lead.
Finley Buelte and
Jake Watson jump-started the sweep defeating the Panthers' Charley Williams and Abhay Singh 8-4 on court three.
Thomas Partridge and
Ryan McCook beat Jedrek Brodzki and Nicolas Zumba Coronado, 8-6, on court one, and
Cole Metzger and
Hudson Mosher beat Joey Keal Connor Garrison, 8-5 on court two for the 3-0 lead.

The Tigers quickly extended its lead over the Panthers in singles matches. On court two, Buelte beat Zumba Coronado 6-0, 6-2, to give DePauw a 4-0 advantage over Hanover. Clinching the win for the Tigers was
Jake Louiselle on court four; he beat Singh 6-1, 6-2 for DePauw's fifth win of the night.

In the remaining singles matches, McCook finished third after defeating the Panthers' Brodzki 6-1, 6-2 on court three, followed by Metzger beating Rodolfo Jaouen 6-4, 6-3 on court five. Over on court, one Partridge outlasted Keal in his 7-6 (7-4), 6-2 victory, while
Grayson Zylstra fell to Ilya Gromochenko 7-6 (7-5), 3-6, 1-0 (10-8) on court six.
