Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw scored the game's first 13 goals on the way to a 16-2 win over visiting Hanover. The Tigers improved to 3-3, while the Panthers dropped to 3-4.
Jack Flynn scored six goals,
Henry White followed with five and
Eli Federman added three to lead the Tigers. Federman added two assists in the win. Alex Kleinhelter and Zach Stone scored Hanover's goals.
Jack Kneisley won 17 of 20 faceoffs for the Tigers and led the way with 11 ground balls as DePauw held a 37-24 edge. DePauw outshot Hanover, 44-23, including 29-6 on goal.
DePauw had 20 turnovers to Hanover's 26 as the Tigers'
Russ Nelson caused five and Hanover's Justin Cutherell caused four.
Sebastian Schaefer recorded four saves in goal for DePauw, while Hanover's Lance Guttormson stopped six shots in the first half and Jackson McKeigue had seven in the second half.
