Peyton Howard's goal off a corner from
Macy Happe with 2:04 remaining brought DePauw to a 1-1 draw with Oberlin. The Tigers moved to 8-2-4 overall and 1-0-2 in the North Coast Athletic Conference, while the Yeowomen are now 6-5-2 overall and 1-1-1 in NCAC play.
The teams battled to a 0-0 halftime tie in the rain before Oberlin broke through as Elena Foley scored on Zoe Garver's assist at 68:01.
The Tigers delivered the tying goal when Happe sent the corner into the box and Howard finished with the header.
Oberlin had a chance at the go-ahead goal, but DePauw keeper Aubrey Empie turned away a Yeowomen shot. The Yeowomen were unable to convert on a corner as time expired.
Oberlin held a 24-14 edge in shots including 15-6 in shots on goal. The Yeowomen also led in corners, 8-5.
Empie recorded 14 saves in the contest, while Oberlin's Ali Grant had five saves.
The Tigers travel to Wittenberg on Tuesday, Oct. 17, for a 7 p.m. NCAC contest.
