Tigers Fall to #3 Owls 2-0

Gambier, Ohio- Suffering its second loss of the week, the DePauw Tigers fell to No.3-ranked Kenyon College 2-0, moving to 0-3-1 in NCAC play.

The Owls' first goal of the afternoon came in the 12th minute by Eamon Dujakovich from Kenyon's Sebastian Gaese and Aiden Burns. Despite being down early and being outshot 15-2 in the first half, the Tigers' backline and Alexander Lundin's efforts in the net kept them in the game. At the half, Lundin had already recorded five saves for the day.

In the second half Kenyon's Alem Duratovic found the back of theTigers' net following a quick cross in front of the box by Atli Hrafnkelsson.

DePauw finished with seven shots, four of which were on goal; however, the Owls' relentless offensive attacking created a large shooting deficit between the two teams, with Kenyon outshooting DePauw 23-7.

The Tigers" Lundin finished the night with nine saves, while the Owls' Jack Pedreschi finished with four.
