Lebanon, Ind. - DePauw shot a 304 in today's final round for a tournament total of 614 and won the Great Lakes Invitational by two strokes over Franklin at The Trophy Club.
Kinder Jones paced the Tigers with a fifth-place finish at 150 (74-76), while Grant Germano tied for seventh with a 152 (76-76) and James Gilmore tied for 13th with a 155 (79-76). Rounding out the "A" team's performance, Jacob Kelber shot a 158 (82-76) and Marcus Tan finished with a 167 (81-86).
DePauw's "B" team was eighth with a 645 (319-326) and was led by Danny Paris in a tie for 23rd with a 158 (79-79), Wyatt Harris with a 161 (79-82) and Brooks Coats with a 163 (81-82). Mason Meadows (80-88) and Jaxon Stutz (85-83) each finished with 168
Playing as individuals, Karl Gilmore (87-85) and Drew Hudgins (78-94) each shot 172.
DePauw returns to competition March 29-30 at the Butler Invitational.
