Indianapolis, Ind. - DePauw shot a three-round 926 and finished 11th at the Wabash Invitational at Broadmoor Country Club. The Tigers' "B" team shot a 978 and placed 13th, while Emory and Illinois Wesleyan each shot 862 with Illinois Wesleyan winning the tournament based on a playoff.
James Gilmore led DePauw with a 225 (76-73-76) to tie for 24th. Brooks Coats followed with a 231 (75-80-76) with Danny Paris (82-80-76) and Wyatt Harris (79-76-83) next at 238. Cooper Benedict rounded out the lineup with a 240 (79-81-80).
Connor Polomsky shot a 241 (85-76-80) to pace the B team followed by Karl Gilmore at 242 (80-85-77), Mason Meadows with a 247 (78-87-82), Ethan Webster with a 252 (82-84-86) and Marcus Tan at 258 (87-89-82).
The Tigers wrap up the fall portion of the schedule on Oct. 17-18 at The Wittenberg Classic.
