Greencastle, Ind. - The 11th-ranked Tigers moved to 2-1 on the season after a 6-3 win over Olivet Nazarene and a 9-0 victory against Rhodes.

The Tigers took a 2-1 win over Olivet Nazarene after doubles play as Julie Wittwer and Kaitlin Pickrel picked up an 8-2 win at the number two spot, while Taylor Mahr and Carolyn Huerth were 8-1 victors at number three.

Mahr, Wittwer, Pickrel and Maddie Lee then took straight set wins at third through sixth singles.

Against Rhodes, Claire Marshall and Maggie MacPhail won at first doubles as did Wittwer and Pickrel at second doubles. Mahr and Huerth won by walkover at third doubles.

First through five singles ended in straight set DePauw wins and the Tigers won by walkover at sixth singles.

DePauw hosts the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Division III Indoor Team Championship February 27-March 1 and open play with Chicago at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
