Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw dropped to 6-14 overall and 1-5 in the North Coast Athletic Conference following a 4-3 loss to Oberlin. The Yeowomen improved to 10-5 overall and 2-3 in conference play.
DePauw won the doubles point after victories at the first and second spots.Â

Valerie Doherty were 6-1 winners over Hannah Soong and Freya Rahm. The second doubles tandem ofÂ
Allie Stamm and
Elle Loch topped Scarlett Kingston and Rachel Allen by a 7-5 score.
Loch was a 6-1, 6-4 winner over Allen and number-two singles, while
Valerie Doherty defeated Kingston 6-4, 7-6 (8-6). Oberlin won four of the six singles matches including a pair of three-set victories after dropping the first set in each.
DePauw hosts Hanover tomorrow at 9 a.m. and wraps up NCAC play with a 1 p.m. match against Wooster.
